Terms of Use

The service

HeadlineCheck, run by Oana Sabina, groups news from public RSS feeds and offers automated, AI-generated checks of articles. It is free and provided “as is”, without guarantees of accuracy, completeness or availability.

AI checks can be wrong

Scores and verdicts are produced automatically by an AI model from web search results. They can contain mistakes, miss context or rely on sources that are themselves wrong. A score describes how well an article’s statements are backed by other sources at the time of the check; it is not a judgement of the publisher or of anyone named in the article, and it is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Always read the sources. See how it works.

Content

Headlines, summaries and articles belong to their publishers. We show only a headline, a short summary and a link to the original. If you are a publisher and want something changed or removed, write to contact@headlinecheck.com.

Fair use

We may refuse links, limit access or remove content to keep the service working for everyone.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the checks or for the content of the sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We may update them; the date above shows the current version.
